We strive to enhance knowledge of coastal and estuarine soft-bottom ecosystems with an interdisciplinary approach.  We study the interactions between social, biogeochemical, and ecological perspectives to understand ecosystem function and services.  This approach provides a comprehensive view of current conditions and an understanding of coastal resilience to future change.
